Take the easyjet option it's cheaper and who cares about flight meals?
Go Easy Jet, its a short flight, its cheaper, and you'll have more money to spent in Athens. Have a good time.
Easy jet will probably be cheaper, BA will always be superior though
I've never been with Easy Jet but i have heard very good things about it! Many of my friends / family say it was good when they went with them. But it is more of a money saver airline.
BA= I don't reccomend! They broke my brand new suitcase it is now un-useable and the plane was dirty both there and back, and the entertainment system broke. We also waited a very long time to collect our luggage at the luggage point (that might not be BA's fault) and at check in we were told someone would check us in 5 minutes 35 mins later we finally got checked in. They do have online check in then you can just drop your bags off and slef service check in but you need a special ticket thing to put in there and as we booked online we didn't have it. So we had to do the normal check in.
Also they seem to loose alot of luggage they lost 3 of my familys cases when they went on holiday in November but they did get them back about a week after.
Positive Points- The staff were nice and you get a reserved seat of your choice (if you get to check in early enough or check in online/ self service)
That was a long haul flight. I have been with BA on the short haul and they were very good then.
I flew with B.A. to Beijing on 19th. In beijing everyone except busines class had their luggage at the collection point. The rest of the plane load of people over 100 are stuck still with no main luggage.The flight itself was great but think about the luggage side. Its hgh risk with B.A. . As the yahoo statistics showed BA. in last two years lost more luggage than any other airline. This is not opinion but stated clearly on the yahoo news website. Great airline but no one seems to know what to do r say when theres a problem.Now the pilots have voted today to strike again !
if you want the service, british airways is the way to go 10 times out of 10....never even consider easyjet unless you just want to save a bit of money.
british airways gives you a reserved seat, should get a free drink and if your lucky a free sandwhich and real service....only go easyjet when you need to save the $$$....all budget airlines are like that.
British will be more expensive, no doubt about it but if your looking for service between EJ and BA rather than price, go British Airways.
Easyjet for price
If you are rich, BA. Easyjet is no frills (ie you pay extra for services onboard, they are much stricter with luggage allowances, the aircraft are smaller so less leg space and so on). Both are good though. As it is such a short flight I would go for the Easyjet option.
Easy Jet and sandwiches.
But remember to add 30 minutes to the stated check in time. 1 min late and you are binned.
Easy jet will be cheaper, but they are both crap!
