You need two to three years of flight training to get appropriate licences and ratings An instructor job would help build experience. You should have 2000 flight hours to get a start. Also a huge bank account would help.it may cost as much as a college degree.
To totally nail it you need a 4 year collage degree, an A&P license dosen't hurt ether and a minimum of 2000 hours flying time most of it multi engine time.
or join the Air force and fly on their dime. You are looking at about 6 years of flight training to get to where you need.
