How to find the representations (the meaning) of each airline with their uniformed airhostess ?

Each airline of a country has their own airhostess, they wear different uniforms, have different manner, attituds that have some special meaning to show what the airline want to say, whant them to represent to people and to the world. I've some pictures of the airhostesses in differetn countries, such as America, Arab, Russia, Korea, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Thai, Malaysia and China. They all wear different uniforms, different hair styles or different body languages to show their either warmess or openness. But I have to know the details, what the airline company realy want to say by their airhostess' uniform or other characterisics? Thank you
